This policy covers nexis-rf.com and the contact form on it. It's operated by Nexis Microwave. Questions about it go to [email protected].
If you submit the contact form, we collect what you type into it: name, company, email address, area of interest, and whatever you write in the project details field. We don't ask for anything else, and there's no account or login on this site.
Standard web server and CDN logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) are generated by our hosting provider as part of normal operation. We don't run analytics scripts or advertising trackers, and this site does not set cookies for tracking purposes.
Form submissions go directly to our sales/engineering inbox so we can reply to your inquiry. We don't use the information for anything beyond that — no mailing lists, no resale, no automated profiling.
The contact form is processed by Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service that routes your submission to our inbox by email. Web3Forms sees the data only in transit to deliver that email; see their own privacy documentation for how they handle it on their end. We don't share your information with any other third party, and we don't sell it.
Submitted inquiries live in our email inbox for as long as a normal business email would — we don't run a separate database or CRM behind this form. If you'd like a specific submission deleted, email us and we'll remove it.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected]. If you're in the EU/UK, this covers the access, rectification and erasure rights under GDPR; we'll respond within a reasonable time.
Downloading a datasheet from this site asks for your email first. That's a lead-capture step for our sales team — it's not a security restriction on the file, and we don't verify the address. We use it only to see which parts people are interested in and to follow up if it's useful.
